Account : Make sure that you have created an account as mentioned in this page.
Photos / Videos : Users need to have a image or video related to the collectible. It can be multiple images or multiple videos or combination of both.
Make sure that the image or video that you provide is attractive and relevant.

Add the title. Make it short. Single line titles are always perfect.

Choose the Status of the Collectible from the dropdown

active – If you are actively selling this collectible. You are also required to add the distributor details so that people can purchase your product.

Open for Quotes – If you are not sure about the value of the collectible. Just put a initial estimate and let the people decide how much your product is worth by giving quotes.

Not for Sale – If you want to educate or showcase the collectible but you are not ready for selling it. You can keep the quotes section open if you want to receive the quotes.

Sold – If you have sold the collectible.

Price in your preferred currency. You can change the currency in Settings page.

While we show the promos to other users, the price will be converted to their preferred currency as per the currency forex rate.

So, your price will be the same irrespective of the forex rate changes.

Add a detailed description of your collectible. You can add details like collectible’s market demand, rarity, manufacturer / previous owner details, uniqueness, historical significance etc

Add the product link of the distributor page.

Once the users click on this link, they should get redirected to your collectible product page.

For instance, if you have listed your collectible product in amazon, you should put the complete link of product page https://www.amazon.com/XXXXXYour-Produt_LinkXXX

You can have mutliple distributors. Each user will have their own preference and each distributor will have good control over certain countries distribution pipeline. So, it is advised to have multiple distributors.

Add the location from where the collectible be shipped or where it is right now.

Audience can be

Public – Publicly visible to everyone. Users will be able to see your promo in Latest tab and recommendations even if you they didn’t follow you

Followers only – Visible only to your followers only in recommendation tab.

Private – No one other than you can see this content. This may be helpful when you want to privately store your collections or want to publish it later.

Add the location from where the collectible be shipped or where it is right now. Add a Graded collectible to your promo. The graded collectible should match the collectible for which this promo is created.

Users will be redirected to the Grade details page if they click on this grade tag in the promo.

Mark the promo senstive if you think that this promo has any NSFW or Senstive photos/Videos/Text.

Users will be able to view your content once they explicitly click on View button after Senstive content warning.
